Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, remote access software, and security protocols is crucial for efficient issue resolution. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during non-standard hours are essential soft skills. To address these, it's important to establish clear handover procedures, document tasks thoroughly, and utilize collaboration tools that allow seamless information sharing. Additionally, maintaining a healthy work-life balance and staying alert during off-hours are crucial for both productivity and well-being.
