We're looking for a Security and Loss Prevention Specialist-Overnight to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. What You'll Do
  • Monitor and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, and employee screening equipment.
  • Conduct investigations involving theft, fraud, security incidents, and policy violations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Perform facility security audits and recommend improvements to strengthen physical security and loss prevention programs.
  • Support emergency response planning and partner with leadership and local law enforcement during security incidents.
  • Maintain accurate incident reports, audit documentation, and security records.
  • Deliver employee security awareness and loss prevention training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve workplace security, compliance, and operational safety.

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate security, loss prevention, military, law enforcement, or related fields.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and maintaining confidential information.
  • Working knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, intrusion alarms, and Video Management Systems (VMS).
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and travel between company locations as needed.
  • Wicklander Zulawski (WZ) investigative training and bilingual communication skills are a plus.
