  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday. Dynamic "swing shift" hours (typically 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM) to interface with daytime healthcare clients and evening frontline cleaning teams.
  • Requirements: 3+ years of experience in quality control, auditing, or technical inspections (experience with HASSP, food manufacturing, or corporate janitorial audits is highly preferred); solid tech proficiency (Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Perks & Career Growth: Clear paths to advanced leadership roles including Operations Manager, Account Manager, or Regional Field Trainer.

About The Budd Group Culture
The Budd Group is a leading facilities services company, built on a foundation of faith, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellent service. We strive to be a God-honoring company by delivering high-quality facility solutions while safely caring for our employees, customers, and communities. Here, you aren't just an employee-you are a valued member of a family-oriented team that invests heavily in your professional development.
What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities
As our Quality Assurance Manager, you will serve as the premier Quality Control Auditor across 124 healthcare clinic environments. In this highly impactful hybrid role, you will spend 80% to 85% of your time active in the field conducting meticulous janitorial quality inspections to verify adherence to strict scopes of work.
  • Conduct Deep-Dive Inspections: Utilize Salesforce-based systems to perform detailed audits-moving trash cans, inspecting ceiling vents, and checking high-touch surfaces to ensure elite quality control.
  • Data & Reporting: Gather field data to put together clean charts, reporting, and internal audits directly for regional operational leadership.
  • Relationship & Trust Building: Act as an additional layer of customer engagement by building positive, reliable relationships with clinical practice managers.
  • Collaborative Course Correction: Partner directly with Branch Managers and Regional Field Trainers to flag training deficiencies and operational work orders without managing direct reports.

What You Bring To The Team
  • The "Keen Eye": An almost clinical attention to detail. You don't just look at a floor; you see the entire environment from the ground to the ceiling.
  • Tech-Savvy Skillset: Strong working knowledge of technology, specifically Salesforce and standard Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn data visualization tools like Tableau within your first year.
  • Professional Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate conversations comfortably with medical office personnel and frontline crews alike.
  • Adaptable Energy: High comfort level working a flexible swing schedule to effectively audit facilities during active operational transitions.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus, though not required.

Why Work For The Budd Group
  • No Direct Reports: Focus 100% of your energy on elite quality assurance and processes rather than HR administrative tasks or direct staff management.
  • Shared Support System: Benefit from a collaborative environment where local branch leadership shares your operational goals and expenses.
  • Comprehensive Resource Toolkit: Access free continuing online classes, mental health programs, and financial counseling.
