Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
  • 3 years of experience with front-end and user interface development.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software product.
  • Experience with Google Cloud technologies (e.g. Pantheon/Angular, Kubernetes, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud ESF, etc).
  • Experience with GenAI, AI Agents, or related technologies, and experience with blockchain related technologies.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
  • Design and build a new, foundational security service for the Web3 ecosystem, addressing complex challenges in applied cryptography and distributed systems.
  • Develop and enhance the unified developer portal, creating user experience that integrates a wide array of Web3 products and services.
  • Write reliable, efficient, and testable software, take ownership of projects, meet deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
