Responsibilities

The Partnership Outreach Representative is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that expand the reach of IDEMIA Public Security Enrollment Services. This role focuses on securing and growing relationships with high-visibility partners at the local, state, and national levels while promoting the organization's enrollment programs, products, and services.Success in this role requires a proactive sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, contract negotiation experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

US Citizenship Required.

Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, qualify, and recruit new Enrollment Center partners within assigned territories to support organizational growth. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective partners through phone outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations. Manage existing partner relationships by identifying opportunities for expansion, additional services, and long-term collaboration. Conduct outbound sales activities, including prospecting, recruiting, presentations, and follow-up communications. Negotiate partnership agreements and contract terms while ensuring all parties understand contractual obligations and expectations. Interpret and administer company contracts in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Enrollment Services programs, products, and service offerings. Stay informed on applicable federal and state regulations affecting Enrollment Services and clearly communicate regulatory requirements to partners. Accurately track partnership activity, sales progress, and pipeline status using CRM systems, Master Search Lists (MSL), and reporting tools. Prepare reports, maintain records, and complete administrative responsibilities using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM platforms, and other business applications. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful partner onboarding and ongoing support. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong sales, prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-starter with a high level of motivation, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, CRM systems, and Windows operating systems. Ability to analyze basic financial information and interpret business reports. Knowledge of U.S. geography and regional markets, including U.S. territories. Ability to explain complex regulatory requirements in a clear and professional manner. Collaborative team player with strong organizational and time management skills.3

Qualifications

        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.        Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience; business development, outside sales, or telephone sales experience preferred.        At least one (1) year of contract administration or contract negotiation experience preferred.        Demonstrated success in customer service and relationship management.        Ability to work a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.        Reliable high-speed internet access for remote work as needed. A company-issued laptop will be provided.

Travel & Work Environment:

Travel

        Occasional overnight travel may be required, up to 25% of the time.

Work Environment

        Primarily an office environment with a hybrid work schedule available based on business needs.        Work is performed in a professional office setting with appropriate lighting, heating, and ventilation.

Physical Requirements

        Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.        Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying light office materials.        Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
