Job Title: Sleep Aide
Pay: $11-13/hour + Shift Differentials + $250 Sign-on Bonus
Location: Bellefonte/Zion, PA
Schedule: Part-Time, Sleep Shift [10p-6a or 10p-7a]

No Experience Needed (all training is paid!)

Sleep Aides offer a unique opportunity to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and Autism during the overnight hours. This role is ideal for those seeking overnight hours with minimal interruptions, while still making a meaningful difference.

Sleep Aides can read, relax, or sleep for most of the shift. You're primarily needed on-site for emergencies or unexpected concerns. Play a key role in supporting residents' well-being, safety, and comfort.

Schedule & Pay

  • Starting pay: $11-13/hour
  • $250 sign-on/stay-on bonus
  • $1/hour shift differentials for late nights, weekends, and holidays (differentials can stack!)
  • 10pm - 6am or 10p - 7a (sleep shift)

Required Qualifications

  • 18+ years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • TB test and physical
  • Able to lift 50 pounds & assist with physical supports such as lifting, bending, standing, etc.

Preferred, but Not Required:

  • Experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A)
  • Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, or healthcare

  • Professional Training: We invest in our DSPs by supporting NADSP credentialing. Credentialed DSPs earn an extra $1/hour per credentialed level, up to $3!
