Overnight shifts may offer higher pay rates or shift differentials to compensate for working outside regular business hours. Full-time overnight employees often receive benefits like health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans. This concept is introduced while in treatment through weekly community service projects that foster a desire to help. Our aftercare and wrap around referral services provide support as the clients return to their families and community. Anchor House recognizes that Substance Use can lead to involvement with the legal system and thereby affecting the individual and their families. Anchor House therefore partners with law enforcement agencies. Our partnerships include but are not limited to Administration for Childrenโ€™s Services (ACS), Treatment Alternatives to Street Crime (TASC), Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) as well as a range of foster care agencies to ensure successful reunification of families. Our spiritual component sets us apart because we provide the opportunity to learn how to live as a spiritual being not defined by our human experiences.
