You will develop and maintain software using C#, .NET and .NET Core, SQL Server, APIs, and modern web technologies, while collaborating closely with ERP Support, IT operations, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver practical, reliable solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic supporting enterprise applications
  • Build and maintain front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures in SQL Server

Service Desk Escalation and End-User Support

  • Investigate and resolve escalated service desk tickets requiring engineering analysis or code level changes
  • Engage directly with end users to clarify issues, validate requirements, and confirm resolution
  • Partner with ERP Support to determine whether issues stem from software defects, data problems, or configuration gaps

Rapid Response, Hot Fixes, and Production Support

  • Respond quickly to urgent application issues, production defects, and business critical requests
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve operational stability
  • Test and validate hot fixes and application changes before and after deployment

Systems Integration

  • Design and develop integrations between internal systems, ERP platforms, ecommerce platforms, and third party applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues affecting business operations
