Job description

Help Build Families-Not Just Charts
At Texas Fertility Center, nursing is about more than clinical care-it's about helping people achieve one of life's most meaningful dreams: building a family.
Every phone call you answer, every treatment cycle you coordinate, and every patient you encourage can make a lasting difference. If you're a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking to move from the hospital into a specialized outpatient setting, this is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while developing expertise in the rapidly growing field of reproductive medicine.
Why You'll Love This Role
  • Predictable schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with a shared weekend and holiday rotation.
  • No overnight shifts, giving you more consistency and work-life balance.
  • Build lasting patient relationships by supporting individuals and couples throughout their fertility journey.
  • Work alongside nationally recognized fertility specialists in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Grow your career in an exciting specialty with ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Join a team that values compassion, collaboration, and excellence in patient care.

What You'll Do
As a Fertility Registered Nurse, you'll serve as a trusted guide for patients throughout their treatment journey by:
  • Educating patients about fertility treatments, medications, and individualized care plans.
  • Coordinating IVF and fertility treatment cycles from start to finish.
  • Teaching medication administration, including injection training.
  • Triaging patient questions and providing timely follow-up care.
  • Collaborating closely with physicians, embryology, surgery center, laboratory, and billing teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Reviewing laboratory results and communicating next steps with patients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Administering medications and injections as needed.
  • Providing compassionate emotional support to patients and their partners during every stage of treatment.

What Makes You a Great Fit
We're looking for someone who is:
  • A licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to exceptional patient care.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • An effective communicator who enjoys collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Interested in building a long-term career in fertility, reproductive medicine, or women's health.

Make a Meaningful Career Move
If you're ready to combine your clinical expertise with purpose-driven work, we'd love to meet you. Join Texas Fertility Center and become part of a team that helps create hope, celebrates milestones, and changes lives every day.
Your next nursing chapter could be the one that helps build families.
Salary range $66,000-70,000
