Job description

Windsor Metal Finishing, a leading architectural coatings company serving Florida and the Southeast, is seeking an Estimator / Account Manager to join our team. This role combines customer relationship management, technical estimating, and light project coordination for aluminum extrusion and fabricated metal finishing projects. We are looking for a polished, detail-oriented professional who enjoys interacting with customers, preparing accurate quotes, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from initial inquiry through final delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotes for finishing projects using customer-provided drawings, specifications, and documents.
  • Read and interpret part drawings, die drawings, fabrication prints, and architectural specs.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project requirements, scheduling, color/finish details, and pickup/delivery coordination.
  • Enter and maintain customer, quote, and project details in the company ERP/CRM.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects stay on schedule.
  • Make periodic outbound sales calls and attend occasional site visits to develop customer relationships.
  • Travel overnight as required (limited and planned in advance).
  • Maintain professionalism with all customer interactions—phone, email, and in-person.
  • Operate a company or personal vehicle for customer visits; valid driver’s license required.


Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish (professional conversational fluency).
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and engineering documentation.
  • Strong phone presence, professionalism, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug screening, employment verification, and reference checks.


Preferred Experience (Not Required)Metal fabrication, aluminum extrusion, powder coating, or liquid coating industry experience.

  • Construction, façade, or architectural project management background.
  • Estimating experience in manufacturing, construction, or finishing operations.
  • Prior experience working directly with industrial B2B customers.


Work Environment: This role works primarily in an office/ manufacturing environment with periodic customer visits, field trips, and internal coordination with production and logistics staff.
