What You Will Do

As a Fire Suppression & Fire Protection Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring systems are installed, serviced, and maintained safely and effectively. Responsibilities include:

  • Accurately documenting all work performed in accordance with company standards

  • Consistently following all company and industry safety policies and procedures

  • Installing and servicing fire suppression and extinguishing systems (electrical and mechanical), including kitchen hood systems, paint booths, and other engineered clean agent systems

  • Supporting installations across a wide range of industries, including high-tech and heavy industrial environments

  • Completing the installation of fire alarm electrical components and fire protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial and industrial applications

  • Identifying and communicating field conflicts while working from mechanical and sprinkler installation drawings

  • Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach while working on job sites

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in fire sprinkler and/or mechanical installation or service

  • Ability to read, interpret, and identify conflicts in mechanical and sprinkler drawings

  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment weighing up to 70 lbs.

  • Physical capability to work in challenging environments, including:

  • Ladders, scaffolding, and high-lift equipment

  • Ducts, crawl spaces, basements, and attics

  • Confined or elevated work areas while carrying up to 40 lbs. of tools

  • Willingness and flexibility to work alternative shifts, weekends, on-call rotations, and overnight travel as needed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $20.10 - $31.88 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
