Job description

Competitive Pay:
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $25/hr. to $45/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do:
  • Remove and install rotating equipment, including pumps and motors
  • Perform maintenance activities, including equipment alignments
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair rotating equipment at customer sites
  • Service and repair motors under 480V and perform insulation testing
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical issues related to equipment
  • Operate and maintain a service truck, including tools and inventory
  • Complete required driving logs and service documentation
  • Identify jobsite hazards and complete safety documentation
  • Communicate professionally with customers on job status and findings
  • Document work performed, including photos and service details
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Support additional duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years of experience working with rotating equipment (pumps, motors, blowers, mixers, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical systems and perform motor testing
  • Ability to read and interpret OEM drawings and technical manuals
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and dial indicators
  • Ability to perform basic equipment alignments
  • Experience with basic lifting and rigging practices
  • Ability to perform basic piping modifications (steel and PVC)
  • Ability to access secure customer sites (military bases, refineries, power plants, etc.)
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to travel regionally, including overnight stays
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and mobile device usage
