Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Location: Loveland, CO

Pay: $35.50/hour

Schedule: 24/7 operation – open availability required (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Overview

Join a next-generation, highly automated facility featuring advanced robotics, conveyors, and automated packaging. This hands-on role is key to maintaining equipment performance, safety, and uptime in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Support equipment installation and optimization
• Assist with live production and ensure system reliability
• Contribute to training and continuous improvement efforts

What You Bring

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with conveyors, robotics, or automation systems
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Preferred

• CMMS experience
• Knowledge of automation controls and safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
