Their main responsibilities include setting up digital presses, loading print jobs, monitoring print quality, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing routine maintenance. Working overnight allows companies to maximize production capacity and meet tight deadlines. These operators need strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with digital printing technology and color management is also important for this role.
