Job description:

In order to develop long-term strategic technical business solutions for mid-sized and enterprise companies, CoServe is currently searching for Infrastructure Technicians and Lead Infrastructure Technicians. CoServe's Infrastructure Technicians are responsible for providing on-site support services for clients to include installation, testing and troubleshooting of voice/data networks, fiber optic cabling systems, VOIP and wireless systems. CoServe's Lead Infrastructure Technicians are also responsible for managing a site and acting as the interface to the customer. 


Requirements:

  • Site management
  • Company interface to the customer
  • Installation, Testing and Troubleshooting of voice and data networks
  • Installation of data racks, wire management and all infrastructure equipment
  • Align to instructions in form of Work Orders, SOP's and/or Run Books
  • Ability to work on overnight cutover projects
  • Be familiar and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

Written and verbal communications

Include experience in one of the following: 

  • Low voltage mechanical or electrical
  • High School Diploma
  • Trade school degree
  • BICSI certification desirable
  • Associate's degree desirable.
