Territory: Mid-West and/or Western states

Candidate to live in either Chicago, Denver, St Louis, Atlanta, Dallas, or Scottsdale

Work Arrangement: Home-based with regular regional travel (25%–50% including overnight stays); must reside within the assigned territory.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced workers compensation professional who enjoys building strong relationships, sharing expertise, and making a meaningful impact across the industry. As an Affiliate Services Executive, you’ll partner closely with NCCI affiliates to ensure they’re informed, supported, and getting maximum value from NCCI’s products, insights, and solutions—while also serving as a key voice for affiliate feedback across NCCI. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine deep industry knowledge with relationship building, collaboration, and strategic influence.

What You Will Do

  • Build and execute annual engagement plans that include in person and virtual meetings with carrier executives and senior leadership.
  • Communicate NCCI strategy, industry results, and initiatives in a clear, relevant way—demonstrating how products and solutions support affiliate goals.
  • Lead demonstrations and education sessions focused on NCCI tools, data, and resources to encourage effective and meaningful use.
  • Gather and share affiliate feedback and industry insights (Voice of the Customer) across NCCI to support continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned affiliates, coordinating across NCCI teams to ensure strong communication, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction.
  • Conduct annual utilization reviews, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and expand value for affiliates.

 

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, including at least 3 years in workers compensation operations.
  • Background in underwriting, actuarial work, claims, data/reporting, or account management within a P&C organization.
  • Strong understanding of workers compensation operations and familiarity with NCCI products, services, and jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build positive, productive relationships at the executive level.
  • Comfort navigating complex operational, industry, and technology related conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry designations such as CPCU, AU, ARM, AIC, or similar.
  • Experience building and maintaining executive level carrier relationships.
  • Ability to manage regional travel efficiently, including coordinating multiple visits when possible.
