Night Shift With ONE Patient.

We're hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 overnight nursing care for a teenager in the comfort of their home.

Instead of managing a large patient assignment, you'll spend your shift focused on ONE patient - providing skilled nursing care, monitoring, and support while building a meaningful relationship with the patient and family.

What You'll Do

As your patient's overnight RN, you'll provide the skilled nursing care and monitoring they need throughout the night.

Your responsibilities may include:

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
Monitor your patient's condition and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Provide case-specific nursing care according to the plan of care
Respond appropriately to changes in condition
Communicate with the family and Castor clinical team
Complete real-time nursing documentation during your shift

What You'll Need

Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Strong assessment and communication skills
Compassionate and dependable approach to care
Interest in providing one-on-one pediatric nursing care
