Job Title: Junior Leasing Representative

Position Summary
The Junior Leasing Representative role is designed as an entry point into the dynamic world of retail leasing. Working closely with experienced leasing professionals, you'll gain hands-on exposure to tenant prospecting, deal-making, financial analysis, and leasing strategy development, with the goal of growing into a Leasing Representative role within 6-12 months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Canvas for prospective new local & regional tenants via cold calling, email, social media outreach, & in-person meetings
- Maintain prospect and tenant activity within Spinoso REG's CRM platform
- Prepare and draft Letters of Intent (LOIs) for prospective leasing opportunities
- Upon successful training, work to execute existing tenant renewals, terminations, & modifications
- Contribute to the creation of leasing/marketing materials for distribution to prospects
- Conduct financial analysis of existing and prospective tenants
- Assist Leasing Representatives with property leasing strategy development & implementation
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal executive management review
Qualifications
Required:
Preferred:
- Internship experience in commercial real estate, sales, leasing, marketing, or business development
- Experience using CRM software
Knowledge/Skills- Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, and CRM platforms
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter and motivated
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplined work environment and contribute to the success of the leasing team
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
