This role is crucial for firms that need round-the-clock progress on projects and ensures continuous workflow and quick turnaround times.

What unique challenges does an overnight BIM architect face, and how can they be managed effectively?

Overnight BIM Architects often work outside of standard business hours, which can present unique challenges such as limited real-time collaboration with daytime teams and the need for strong self-management. To manage these challenges, it's important to establish clear communication protocols, utilize detailed handoff documentation, and leverage collaborative BIM platforms that allow for seamless project updates.
