Able Minds ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians in Fort Washington, Maryland to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. We are looking for dependable, compassionate professionals who take pride in their work and want strong clinical support.

Responsibilities

As an RBT, you will work directly with clients while following individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing individualized ABA treatment

  • Implementing behavior intervention and skill-building programs

  • Teaching communication, social, daily living, and independence skills

  • Recording and maintaining accurate session data

  • Completing session documentation promptly and accurately

  • Communicating professionally with families and clinical team members

  • Participating in BCBA supervision and team meetings

  • Following all clinical, ethical, and company standards

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or in behavioral health is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Dependable and professional

  • Ability to follow treatment protocols and accept clinical feedback

  • Reliable transportation for applicable service locations
