Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily ACH transactions, ensuring accurate and timely movement of funds while meeting established processing deadlines.
  • Perform data entry, file maintenance, document review, and transaction verification activities to support ACH operations.
  • Research and resolve ACH exceptions, client disputes, and transaction settlement issues while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Balance daily ACH activity, monitor workflow queues, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Support clients, financial institutions, vendors, and internal departments through phone and email communication regarding transaction inquiries and processing questions.
  • Assist with ACH file analysis, NACHA compliance requirements, and ongoing operational procedures.
