Job description
A Bank Operations Systems Admin is responsible for executing the critical technical tasks that are integral in the overall Bank Operations workflow. The incumbent will also provide a wide array of technical assistance with regards to 3rd party applications utilized in the support of paper check processing for Bank Operations and Retail locations.
System Administration:
Management
**This position requires participation in a team on-call rotation. Employees are expected to provide 24/7 on-call support for two consecutive weeks approximately every ten weeks, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.**

- Monitor, analyze and resolve incidents for internal users.
- Escalate incidents to appropriate staff as necessary to ensure closure is completed in a timely fashion.

- Experience in a technical support, systems support, operations support, help desk, or system administration role.
- Experience with third-party banking, operations, or check-processing applications.
- Strong understanding of Bank Operations business processes.
- Experience administering user access or supporting system permissions.
