Job description

Role- QA Tester
Day 1 relocation-All 5 days onsite at Memphis, TN
Job Description:

  • Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts specifically for teller and ATM systems (e.g., cash deposits/withdrawals, check processing, balance inquiries, account updates, cash withdrawal, deposits, balance inquiry, PIN change, mini statements).
  • Conduct system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of teller applications and ATM software and firmware.
  • Validate system behavior against business and functional requirements.
  • Identify and log defects in the defect management system; track and retest as needed.
  • Ensure integration and data flow between teller systems and core banking platforms
  • Validate interaction between ATM middleware, host systems, and core banking platform
  • Validate ATM screen flows, messaging, and receipts for compliance with branding and regulatory standards.
  • Test both physical and virtual ATM environments, including various ATM vendors.
  • Verify security features such as PIN encryption, card reader operations, EMV/chip card handling, and secure communications.
  • Perform card-based transaction simulations and test error scenarios (e.g., card retained, insufficient funds, hardware failures).
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations teams to clarify requirements and improve test coverage.
  • Participate in test strategy development and contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and assist in validating business scenarios.
  • Document test execution results and provide regular QA reports to stakeholders.
