Position Summary

Huntleigh USA is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cabin Cleaners to join our overnight team at Sacramento International Airport (SMF).

As a Cabin Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring aircraft are clean, sanitized, safe, and ready for passengers. This position supports Huntleigh USA's commitment to delivering exceptional service while maintaining compliance with airline, TSA, and company safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Vacuum, wipe down, sanitize, and clean aircraft interiors.

  • Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.

  • Restock and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • Conduct thorough aircraft security searches following TSA procedures.

  • Inspect aircraft interiors for prohibited or suspicious items.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Report safety hazards, accidents, or unusual incidents to supervisors immediately.

  • Follow all company, airline, and TSA policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to pass an FBI background check.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

  • Previous cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or aviation experience is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies.

  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, reach, and clean all areas of an aircraft.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the entire shift.

  • Ability to work overnight hours in an airport environment.
