We specialize in residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality, providing dependable installation, repair, and maintenance services to local homeowners.We're adding an HVAC Installation Technician to our team. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with customers, and wants to continue developing their skills in the HVAC trade.What You'll DoInstall residential heating and air conditioning equipment according to company standardsComplete installations with attention to quality, safety, and detailMaintain a clean and professional work areaCommunicate with customers throughout the installation processExplain equipment and services to homeowners when appropriateFollow established installation procedures and company expectationsParticipate in ongoing technical training and educational opportunitiesWork collaboratively with other members of the installation teamHelp deliver a positive customer experience from start to finishWhat We're Looking For2+ years of HVAC installation experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordEPA Universal Certification, or ability to obtain it within 6 months of hireStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsWillingness to attend training classes, seminars, and other development opportunitiesFormal HVAC training or technical education is preferredWe're looking for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and committed to doing quality work.
