Job Summary
Reads and routes incoming mail to appropriate individual. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes and overnight packages. Prepares cash deposits, where applicable. Composes and types routine correspondence. Answers, routes and screens telephone calls to appropriate individuals. Greets walk in traffic and scheduled visitors and escorts to appropriate area or person. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for office equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
  • Provides customer billing support and weekly stats support.
  • Provides support to Payroll Dept. with Time & Attendance to poll the time clock of weekly punches and approved edits to the time cards.
  • Uploads hours file to payroll for processing. Enters new employees to time clock and advises of any punch issues.
  • Work closely with Corporate HR office to ensure new hire and employee separation information is sent for timely entry to respective Payroll, HR and Time & Attendance systems.
  • Assist with coordinating benefit enrollment periods and distribution of all communications. Monitor uniform distribution and inventories. Answers, routes and screens telephone calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Participate in any related special projects or tasks that may arise
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office applications; Strong knowledge in Excel.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
  • Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift.
  • Ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge.
  • Ability to concentrate on detail
  • Prior office experience that reflects a high level of responsibility, urgency and the ability to quickly grasp and implement new concepts.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
  • Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • Reach above and/or below shoulder.
  • Handle/grasp documents or office equipment.
  • Sit and/or stand for short or extended periods of time.
