Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll do more than fix units-you'll become a specialist in advanced controlled environment systems, learning controls, commissioning, and precision troubleshooting that most HVAC techs never get to touch.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Service & troubleshoot commercial HVAC and controlled environment systems
  • Start up, diagnose, and repair equipment including:
    • Air Handling Units (AHUs)
    • Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Condensing Units (ACCUs/WCCUs)
    • Chillers, Reheat Systems, and Humidifiers
    • Specialized environmental control systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and detailed system inspections
  • Assist with installations and retrofits of HVAC and control systems
  • Travel to customer sites across the U.S. (up to 60%, including overnight)
  • Work independently and collaboratively, delivering top-tier service to customers who rely on precision environments

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of HVAC service experience
  • EPA certification
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license, U.S. Passport, and Real ID for travel

Preferred:
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC service
  • Experience or interest in balancing, commissioning, controls, or PLC programming
