Compensation:$32-36k annual
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
- Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
- Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
- Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
Qualifications:- Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
- Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Flexible overnight hours are required

The property will be operated by Structure Hospitality, a hotel management company based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Structure Hospitality specializes in select‑service and extended‑stay hotels, with a hands‑on approach to operations, revenue management, and sales. As the General Manager, you will work closely with their leadership team and benefit from proven systems, tools, and support—while still owning the daily execution and culture of the hotel.
