Thank you for your interest in the Fairhaven Church Training Program!
For over 60 years and through four campus' we at Fairhaven Church seek to be a church that leads people to take their next right step toward embracing and embodying the hope of Jesus, helping them find real life change through following Him. Marked by warmth, relationships, and a commitment to growth, we desire to develop leaders who influence with love, integrity, and vision. As we seek God daily, serve others, and live generously, we aim to make Him known and inspire lasting transformation in our communities.
The Residency is a yearlong program (August-July) designed for individuals who sense a deeper call to ministry and want to grow both spiritually and professionally. Residents commit 20-25 hours per week, focusing on a specific ministry area while receiving guidance from a ministry coach for professional development and a mentor for spiritual formation. The program is ideal for high school graduates considering a gap year, Bible college graduates seeking hands-on experience and leadership training, or college graduates discerning a call to ministry. Participants are expected to raise a support target of $25,000-$30,000 to help sustain their time in the program.
