This opportunity offers a two-year partnership track with significant earning potential, including a $550,000 base salary and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.   • 90% self-directed cases

Compensation

  • $550,000 Base Salary – Guaranteed in Years 1 & 2
  • Up to 90% Profit-Sharing Eligibility in Year 2
  • $50,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid in full at signing
  • Uncapped Income Potential – Some partners earn 7 figures annually
  • Full Partner Status in Year 3 – No buy-in required, partners earn $700K-$750K+
