Job description

Operation Support Coordinator (ArtBox)

Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Store Operations Management – Product stock and inventory management, review and ordering of sales items, analysis of popular/non-popular products, inspection of store operation standards (SOP), and maintenance of service quality
  • Sales & Performance Analysis – Weekly/monthly analysis of sales trends by store and proposal of improvement strategies, review of promotional and new product sales performance
  • Visual & Product Display Management – Application of VM (Visual Merchandising) standards, new product launching, and management of seasonal/event displays
  • On-site Staffing & Communication – Management of store staff attendance and practical training, responding to on-site issues (inventory errors, POS/equipment problems, etc.), smooth operational communication between headquarters and stores
  • Regional Store Rounds – Regular visits and comprehensive inspections of stores in the assigned region, diagnosis of store environment and operational status
  • Assigned Stores: Burke, Centreville, Ellicott City, Frederick, Fairfax, Herndon – MD/VA H Mart stores, Character division sales management

Qualifications / Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in retail MD, store management, or character/variety stores
  • Business-level proficiency in Korean and English
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive own vehicle (required)
