What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:

  • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with third-party logistics providers and other key vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and report logistics and inventory performance metrics, including savings initiatives and process improvements.
  • Manage inventory tracking and reporting to ensure accurate stock levels and visibility across outsourced and third-party facilities
  • Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations for replenishment, future order quantities, excess inventory reduction, and obsolescence management.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for logistics, inventory, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reducing costs, improving service levels, and increasing operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, vendor management, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and outsourced logistics operations.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and driving vendor performance improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERP, inventory management, and logistics systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify trends.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.

 Education / Certifications Required: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
  • Reading, communication, math.
  • Working at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above
