What is an outside services manager?

Outside Services Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating services that occur outside of a main facility, such as golf courses, resorts, or other venues. Their duties often include supervising staff involved in activities like valet services, caddie programs, bag handling, and customer service for guests. They ensure smooth operations, high-quality guest experiences, and adherence to facility policies.
