About the Position:

We are looking for additional Bag Drop Attendants to join our team in finishing out our golf season! As a Bag Drop Attendant, you will be reporting to the Outside Service Manager and working with a small team creating the fun for guests and going above and beyond providing the best service for Michigan's most spectacular resort!

Seasonal commitment from April 1 through October 31 is required to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience throughout our peak season.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service, smiling, polite and friendly to guests is your number one priority.

  • Keeping golf carts maintained and preparing for next round's use.

  • Carrying golf bags for guests.

  • Cleaning guest's golf clubs when finished.

  • Maintaining a crisp and clean work area, including the driving range.

  • General cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

  • Assisting guests with needs and providing answers about the resort when asked.

  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid driver's license.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

  • Comfortable working in outside conditions for duration of shift.

  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

  • Understand the importance of time management, professional communication, and excellent teamwork.

  • Able to perform basic math when accurately reporting tips.
