Job Summary

The Outside Services Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional, hospitality-driven golf experience. This position oversees all bag, cart, and practice facility operations while setting the standard for personalized service, professionalism, and operational excellence. The Supervisor is responsible for anticipating member needs, maintaining immaculate facilities, and cultivating a service culture aligned with the expectations of a premier private club.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Luxury Member Experience

  • Deliver a highly personalized and anticipatory service experience for members and guests
  • Greet members by name whenever possible and create a seamless arrival and departure experience
  • Ensure every detail of the staging area reflects the club’s luxury standards (immaculate carts, fresh towels, organized presentation)
  • Proactively address member preferences and special requests

  • Resolve service concerns with discretion, urgency, and professionalism

Leadership & Service Culture

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire outside services staff to uphold exceptional hospitality standards
  • Foster a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and pride in service execution
  • Conduct ongoing training focused on luxury service etiquette and operational excellence
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence, setting the tone through professionalism and engagement

Operations Excellence

  • Oversee all daily outside operations including bag handling, cart staging, and practice facility readiness
  • Ensure flawless execution of opening and closing procedure
  • Maintain efficient flow and timing of tee sheet staging to support a seamless golf experience
  • Coordinate closely with Golf Operations to align service delivery with daily play

Facility & Presentation Standards

  • Ensure all areas—including bag room, cart facility, and practice areas—are maintained to pristine, presentation-ready standards at all times
  • Oversee the setup, continuous upkeep, and breakdown of practice facilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain perfectly staged carts, including cleaning, stocking, and presentation
  • Supervise range operations, ensuring consistent availability of clean, high-quality practice balls

Equipment & Asset Care

  • Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of all member equipment with the highest level of care
  • Oversee maintenance and safe operation of golf carts and all outside service equipment
  • Identify and proactively address maintenance needs to preserve the club’s high standards

Administrative & Coordination Duties

  • Enforce adherence to club policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Assist in staff scheduling, inventory management, and daily reporting
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and elevated member experience
  • Support club events, tournaments, and high-profile member activities with precision and professionalism

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying high-altitude weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capable of standing and moving for extended periods
  • Proficient in operating golf carts and related equipment

Compensation

  • At $27.00/hourly
