Founded in 1972, FlynnO'Hara School Uniforms is a leading specialty retailer of high-quality school uniforms and accessories, partnering with schools and families nationwide to deliver quality products and exceptional service.We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow established school partnerships in the Atlanta market while developing new opportunities throughout Georgia.The ideal candidate is a confident, organized, and self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, identifying opportunities, and taking ownership of their market.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Manage and strengthen existing school relationships throughout the Atlanta market, serving as a trusted resource and primary point of contact.Renewals & Retention: Proactively manage annual renewals and build strong relationships that support long-term customer retention.Customer Service: Respond to customer needs, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely, professional solutions.Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and increase sales by understanding each school's needs.New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with prospective schools and organizations throughout the Atlanta market and Georgia.Relationship Building: Develop relationships with school administrators, business managers, and other key decision-makers through networking, referrals, prospecting, and industry events.Sales Performance: Meet or exceed established monthly and annual sales goals.Market Awareness: Monitor competitors, pricing, products, service levels, delivery schedules, and market trends.CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate account information, customer history, sales activity, and opportunities in the CRM.Territory Travel: Travel throughout the Atlanta market and Georgia as needed, including occasional overnight travel for school visits, meetings, conferences, and industry events.Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Administration, Production, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, prospecting, and problem-solving skills.Highly organized, responsive, and customer-focused.Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Ability to balance customer retention, account growth, and new business development.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms.Experience with LinkedIn and other modern sales tools preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Willingness to travel throughout Atlanta and Georgia, including occasional overnight travel. Benefits Competitive SalaryAdditional Commission Opportunity for New BusinessCar and Phone AllowanceMedical & Dental Insurance with HSA Contribution401(k) with Company MatchPaid Parental LeaveWFH Flexibility
