- Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and processes invoices and expense reports
- Assists Outside Plant Manager and Regional Operations Manager with reports and data review and validation
- Tracks and moves work in Omnia workflows, moves work into contractor spreadsheets (tracking), service scheduling (tracking)
- Maintains warehouse material/inventory, tracks and completes service orders / phone ports as installers complete job, and other equipment / materials as needed
- Performs a variety of administrative duties for Outside Plant Managers including working with reports, spreadsheets and correspondence, answering phone, ordering supplies, tracking job tickets, issuing purchase orders, and other office duties
- May also be responsible for tracking documents and files uploading into customer accounts
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Any other duties that may be assigned
