Description
BASIC JOB SUMMARY:
The main purpose of the Outside Plant Coordinator is to perform clerical, administrative, and related duties for the Outside Plant Manager, assisting with day-to-day operation and tracking. Performs a variety of tasks. Relies on experience, judgment, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The essential job functions and duties described below may not be the only requirements of the position. It may be necessary to follow other instructions or perform other related duties required by the company.
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and processes invoices and expense reports
  • Assists Outside Plant Manager and Regional Operations Manager with reports and data review and validation
  • Tracks and moves work in Omnia workflows, moves work into contractor spreadsheets (tracking), service scheduling (tracking)
  • Maintains warehouse material/inventory, tracks and completes service orders / phone ports as installers complete job, and other equipment / materials as needed
  • Performs a variety of administrative duties for Outside Plant Managers including working with reports, spreadsheets and correspondence, answering phone, ordering supplies, tracking job tickets, issuing purchase orders, and other office duties
  • May also be responsible for tracking documents and files uploading into customer accounts

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Any other duties that may be assigned

Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required; two (2) years of administrative experience is required. Must be able to operate a personal computer, calculator and other general office equipment. Experience in Microsoft Office suite is required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: A high level of experience, skill, discretion, and independence is required.
