Job description

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, MFIN PROGRAM, MIT Sloan Masters in Finance Program Ofc, has primary responsibility for planning and delivering major alumni initiatives, including the MFin Reunion, MFin Immersion weeks, and related engagement activities. Immersion experiences include the planning and execution of learning trips with alumni and market leaders across a broad range of finance careers providing students with firsthand exposure to markets, career pathways, and professional networks. The Associate Director designs thoughtful, personalized alumni outreach and works closely with the Career Development Office, Alumni Relations, and the Action Learning Office to align engagement efforts with program and student priorities. The role ensures timely followup after alumni interactions and develops systems to track engagement, participation, and outcomes.
