MedQuest Imaging, a trusted partner of Novant Health, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our innovative team. We're a premier manager of outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities, dedicated to our team members' growth and development through our internal multi-modality training program, and we want you.
Facility: Open MRI & Imaging of Asheville
Location: 675 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28803
Position Type: PRN
Work Schedule Details: This is a PRN position that will cover as needed shifts for PTO and assist in MRI.
Responsibilities
As an X-Ray Technologist, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical skills in operating radiological equipment to produce X-Rays of a patient's body for diagnostic purposes. This responsibility includes completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the most remarkable patient experience.
Qualifications
Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program, ARRT registered
  • Must complete required CEU's in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active
  • Must have active state licensure, where applicable
Prior Experience:
  • 0 - 2+ years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist
Special Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of radiologic procedures and standards
  • Skill in operation of radiology equipment
  • Working knowledge of computers, software applications, technology and peripheral office equipment
  • Customer service background and focus
