Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Location: Dallas, TX
Full-Time
Annual Compensation: $68,000 - $85,000
$4,000 Signing Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package

With over 30 locations and continued expansion throughout Texas, we are committed to excellence in client care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and holistic approach.
We are currently seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our multidisciplinary team in Dallas, TX. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Individual Nutrition Counseling - Deliver client-focused care across all age groups through assessments, goal-setting, and ongoing support.
  • Group Nutrition Facilitation - Lead engaging nutrition groups for adolescents and adults.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration - Partner with therapists and psychologists to coordinate care and participate in weekly team case reviews.
  • Program Development - Contribute to the development of group and individual nutrition curricula.
  • Community Outreach - Network with healthcare providers and participate in local initiatives.
  • Leadership & Advocacy - Take part in shaping program growth and present at conferences as opportunities arise.

Qualifications
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Service, Community Health, or related field.
  • Credentials - RDN certification via the Commission on Dietetic Registration; current, unrestricted Texas license.
  • Experience - 3+ years of clinical nutrition counseling; outpatient setting preferred.
  • Expertise in child, adolescent, and adult nutrition care.
  • Strong group facilitation and communication skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and lifelong learning.
