What are Outlets Managers?

Outlets Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets within establishments such as hotels, resorts, or restaurants. They ensure quality service, manage staff, handle customer complaints, and coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards.
