The role โ€“ your passion

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and coordinate all processes related to camper van preparation, ensuring they are ready for customer use.

  • Manage the technical operations and provide guidance to Station Service Specialist and Station Support Agent, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work.

  • Conduct training sessions and proactively contribute to the development of station agents to maintain operational and vehicle excellence.

  • Support Station Manager with training and development of station staff during on boarding as well as any follow up training needed to ensure vehicle excellence.

  • Completing daily list such as verification of black/grey tanks are empty prior to departure, confirm windshield fluid/coolants are at appropriate levels.

  • Empty black/grey water tanks for campers utilizing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and disposing of wastewater according to local/federal laws.

  • Inspect returned camper vans for damage, report findings and initiate necessary repairs.

  • Uphold and enforce quality standards in vehicle preparation and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure all the stock, C&R material, spare parts and any other station needs are ordered when needed

  • Upon vehicle returns check for any damage, report this to into current roadsurfer software and coordinate with Damage Control Manager and Munich HQ and initiate the appropriate repairs.

  • Build relationships with local workshops for service & maintenance needs.

  • Keep vehicle maintained and up to date (oil changes, tire rotation etc).

Ensure weekly/monthly/yearly scheduled maintenance is completed.

  • College degree preferred in Business or Hospitality (or related field) and/or

  • Two years+ of related experience in the retail/hospitality or direct RV industry.

  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.

  • Resilient problem-solving abilities and highly organized.

  • Must be able to complete OSHA certifications within 90 days of hire.

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • This position requires the ability to drive our company vehicles, due to insurance requirements, candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Candidates must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check.

  • Valid in state drivers license.

  • Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.


Work conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, walk, reach with hands and arms, use hands to handle, feel or type, and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40+ pounds.
