American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Englewood, Colorado.

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 6 months of recent acute care hospital CT experience for a 13-week travel assignment.
Details- Work in a CT Scan department located on the 3rd floor of the main hospital building
- Department is equipped with 3 CT scanners, soon expanding to 4, including GE Revolution 512, GE Evolution 128, GE 64 slice, and an incoming 128 GE Frontier scanner
- Day shift staffing includes 1 charge tech, 4 day techs, 2 mid-shift techs, and 1 transporter, with 2 techs on night shift
- Common procedures include stroke, trauma, head and chest imaging, abdomen/pelvis imaging, and CTA studies
- Uses Meditech EMR
- 13-week assignment with a schedule of 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM shifts including weekends
- Minimum of 6 months of current acute care hospital CT Tech experience
- BLS certification required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- License required if applicable
- Trauma and stroke experience preferred
- IV skills preferred
- Strong multitasking ability and capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Facility is recognized as a Comprehensive Stroke Center of Excellence and a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Perform CT imaging for stroke, trauma, head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, and CTA cases
- Positive, customer service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills are valued
- Located close to Denver University and downtown Denver, with easy access to mountains for year-round outdoor recreation
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered, with no exceptions for local candidates
