Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialty pharmacy in La Crosse, WI is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to fill a 1-year contract position supporting long-term care and retail pharmacy operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong dispensing skills and the ability to manage patient care within a busy pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients in both retail and long-term care settings
  • Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and patient counseling
  • Administer immunizations as certified
