Our client is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations involving inbound and outbound freight. The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring materials are accurately received, processed, and shipped in a timely manner. This Shipping & Receiving Associate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, and keeping shipping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize incoming and outgoing shipments to meet required deadlines
  • Pull, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Label all packages accurately according to carrier requirements
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with shipping carriers
  • Receive incoming materials and verify against packing slips for accuracy
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or shortages and report discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through proper counting and tracking
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack to move, load, and secure materials safely
  • Communicate with carriers regarding shipment issues or delays
