Job Summary:A Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the shipping and receiving of goods and materials within an organization.Duties/Responsibilities:Packaging:Pull and prepare packaging for shipmentsVerify documents and labels to product shippingAssemble, label, and package productUse of manipulator lifting devices for handling heavy products. Ability to lift 50 lbs. requiredPallet stacking, banding, and stretch wrappingUse of pallet jack to stage products for shipping and load trucksReceiving:Use of pallet jacks to unload trucksVerify countsCheck for damage to delivered productsReport discrepancies or damage to supervisorRecycle:Verify packing lists to products being receivedMatch serial number of products to database and receiveUse of manipulator lifting devices for handling heavy products.
