Warehouse Associate – 2nd Shift
Location: Oak Creek, WI (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $20.50 per hour
Join Our Warehouse Team
We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced cross-dock operation in Oak Creek, WI. This role is ideal for someone with forklift experience who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
If you have experience loading and unloading freight, operating forklifts, and working in a warehouse or shipping environment, we encourage you to apply.
What You’ll Do:
  • Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stage palletized freight
  • Load and unload full truckload shipments in a cross-dock environment
  • Inspect incoming freight for damage or discrepancies
  • Label and prepare outbound shipments accurately
  • Complete shipping and receiving documentation using paper and electronic systems
  • Use warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand tools
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Support additional warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or cross-dock environment
  • Experience loading and unloading palletized freight
  • Forklift experience required
  • Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer skills and experience using warehouse systems preferred
  • Must be eligible to meet TSA compliance requirements

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
  • Frequent moving, pushing/pulling of up to 75 pounds
  • Frequent forklift operation throughout the day
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb, kneel, and reach as needed
  • Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment

Work Environment
  • Onsite warehouse setting
  • Climate-controlled environment (warm in summer, cold in winter)
  • Moderate to Quiet noise levels at times
  • Noise-canceling headphones are not permitted due to safety requirements
