  • Handle general warehouse duties across build, dock, kitting, and pharmacy departments in a large data center environment.
  • Perform physical material handling in the Build Department, including lifting and moving servers and related equipment using team lifts for items up to 50 lbs during the 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. shift.
  • Use RF scanners and pallet jacks to move, stage, and track inventory and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials and components accurately according to internal requests and operational requirements.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records by counting, tracking, and updating stock levels in the system.
  • Support the Pharmacy Department by receiving requests from internal teams and accurately picking and providing specific materials from inventory, similar to a retail pharmacy model, during the 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. shift.
  • Serve as a Dock Associate by using pallet jacks to load and stage materials for outbound operations during the 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. shift.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading, staging, verifying, and organizing inbound and outbound materials.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating pallet jacks and handling materials.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse and data center standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion of tasks.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with general warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and material handling.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials, including participating in team lifts of up to 50 lbs in the Build Department.
  • Proficiency using pallet jacks to move and stage materials in a warehouse or dock environment.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control activities such as counting, tracking, and organizing stock.
  • Ability to use RF scanners to scan, track, and update inventory and materials.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience, particularly for inventory management and kitting tasks.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and work efficiently within established processes.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and inventory updates.
  • Reliability and punctuality to work assigned shifts consistently with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
  • Experience working in specialized departments such as kitting, shipping and receiving, or inventory control.
  • Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment with defined workflows and schedules.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams when fulfilling material requests.
  • Willingness to rotate between departments (build, dock, kitting, pharmacy) based on operational needs.
