Job description

Sunrise Group is a growing company looking to hire individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the finance industry. We work in direct correspondence with a separate mortgage company, and we only scout for loan officers from the marketing position. Position Summary: Our marketing associates are required to follow a one page script and make outbound calls to prospects that have opted-in on marketing websites or have previously inquired. The associate will then qualify the person(s), gather the appropriate information, and then connect them to our affiliates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Transfers phone calls to affiliates.
Provide information about our programs.
Provide professionalism throughout the phone interaction.
Meets all quality control standards.
Regular and reliable attendance.

Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
Basic computer skills with the capability to learn our applications and software.
Persuasive communication skills.
Previous call center/sales experience preferred but not required.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong detail orientation and capability to be highly organized.
Proven ability to interact effectively with prospective clients.
