As an Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver, you'll safely complete scheduled deliveries and pick-ups for our customers and vendors across the U.S. and Canada. Your work helps ensure life-sustaining Baxter products arrive where they're needed, when they're needed. And as a thank you for helping us achieve our mission of saving and sustaining lives, we are offering a $10,000 sign on bonus.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Complete assigned deliveries and pick-ups to and from our customers and vendors, using hoists and other devices, in a professional and, efficient manner.
  • Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Baxter and DOT
  • Handle hours of service (HOS) using Qualcomm E-log System, MS Word, MS Excel.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow procedures and align with the standards for Continuous Improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to push and/or pull up to 80 lbs.

What You'll Bring
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Hold a Class A CDL license with a DOT physical, physical ability test (PAT), background check, pre-employment drug screen, and road test
  • Current U.S. Passport (or be eligible to acquire one)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a salary pay rate of $26.00/hr on duty with .70 per mile. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
