OT Aides frequently collaborate with occupational therapists and assistants to ensure smooth therapy sessions and patient safety. The role requires adaptability, as you'll help with a variety of tasks that support patient care and keep the clinic running efficiently.

OT aides do not provide direct patient care or therapeutic interventions. Their role is crucial in ensuring that therapy sessions run smoothly and efficiently, allowing therapists to focus on patient care.
